Some stuff you need to know!

It’s very important that you tell us of ANY allergies – such as those that may be nut or seafood related, so that we can make sure that any ingredients we use are clear and safe.

It would also be helpful to let us know if you have any vegans amongst your guests to allow us to completely respect their requirements.

We are sure you’ll understand that, depending on the season, some foods may be subject to price fluctuations and may differ slightly from those on the menus. For instance, as all of our fish and seafoods are sourced fresh daily from Billingsgate Market, they will be supplied at market prices. Of course we will tell you first!

When we have agreed on the menus for your function, we will require a 20% deposit with your order. This deposit may be fully refundable if you have to cancel up to 2 weeks before the event, a 50% refund if you have to cancel up to one week before the event, although deposits may be lost completely if you have to cancel with less than one week’s notice.

Cheques for final payment must be made 5 days before the event.

Although we can make arrangements for you with third party contractors, such as marquee and/or other equipment hire and wine merchants, etc, any such secondary contracts will normally be between you and the contractor and be subject to their own agreements.
